TriMet spends $370,600 to save $3,680 annually? What?
Spending $370,600 to purchase a solar project. According to The Oregonian, the funding sources for the project include subsidies and other TriMet indebtedness that will result in a 65 year pay off of the debt...for an experiment. Is this a wise use of transporation dollars?
